Reaktionsschritte
1.50 g (5.99 mmol) 2-ethyl-1-phenyl-1H-quinazolin-4-one and 2.42 g (5.99 mmol) Lawesson's reagent (C14H14O2P2S4, Fluka) were suspended in 40 ml toluene and boiled for 1 h. After evaporation the crude mixture was purified by column chromatography on silica gel, eluent dichloromethane/acetone 95/5.
