3-(3-(4-(Pyridin-2-yloxymethyl)-benzyl)-isoxazol-5-yl)-pyridin-2-yl amine (500 mg) was dissolved in methanol (5 mL) and ethyl acetate (5 mL), and methanesulfonic acid (185 μL) was added thereto. The solvent was concentrated under a reduced pressure, to the residue were added ethanol (5 mL) and tert-butyl methyl ether (2 mL), then subjected to ultrasound treatment to be solidified. The solids were filtered to obtain the title compound (630 mg).
