Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from 3-ethynyl-7-trifluoromethyl-5-(4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine (example C.1) (300 mg, 1.0 mmol) and 5-Bromo-pyridine-3-sulfonic acid (example B.2, step 1) (214 mg, 1.0 mmol) according to general procedure II. Obtained as an orange solid (280 mg, 54%). MS (ISN) 510.9 [(M−H)−]; mp >288° C.
