Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from 5-(4-chloro-3-methyl-phenyl)-3-ethynyl-7-trifluoromethyl-pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine (example C.11) (168 mg, 0.5 mmol) and commercially available 4-bromo-benzenesulfonamide (118 mg, 0.5 mmol) according to general procedure II. Obtained as a yellow solid (136 mg, 55%). MS (ISN) 489.0 [(M−H)−]; mp 275° C.
