Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from 2-[5-(4-chloro-phenyl)-3-ethynyl-pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidin-7-yl]-propan-2-ol (example C.13) (78 mg, 0.25 mmol) and 5-bromo-thiophene-2-sulfonic acid amide (61 mg, 0.25 mmol) according to general procedure II. Obtained as a yellow solid (76 mg, 64%). MS (ISP) 473.0 [(M+H)+]; mp 206-208° C.
