Reaction Steps
In analogy to example 1, step 3,1-benzenesulfonyl-4-(4-bromo-phenyl)-3-phenyl-imidazolidin-2-one (example 1, step 2) was reacted with (3-methylsulfonylaminophenyl)boronic acid in the presence of dichloro[1,1′-bis(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene]palladium dichloromethane adduct and sodium carbonate in dioxane/water to give N-[4′-(1-benzenesulfonyl-2-oxo-3-phenyl-imidazolidin-4-yl)-biphenyl-3-yl]-methanesulfonamide as a colorless solid. MS: 548.2 ([M+H]+)
