In analogy to example 1, step 3,1-benzenesulfonyl-4-(3-bromo-phenyl)-3-isopropyl-imidazolidin-2-one (example 12, step 1) was reacted with 5-fluoro-2-methoxyphenylboronic acid in the presence of dichloro[1,1′-bis(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene]palladium dichloromethane adduct and sodium carbonate in dioxane/water to give 1-benzenesulfonyl-4-(5′-fluoro-2′-methoxy-biphenyl-3-yl)-3-isopropyl-imidazolidin-2-one as an off-white solid. MS: 469.2 ([M+H]+)
