The title compound was prepared in a similar manner as described for Example 6, step 7, from 4-(2-bromo-5-fluorophenoxy)-1-[4-(2H-tetrazol-5-yl)-1,3-oxazol-2-yl]piperidine and ethy bromoacetate. The mixture of regioisomers was purified by Combiflash chromatography (SiO2-12 g, gradient elution of 15-50% EtOAc/hexanes over 25 min) to afford the title product as the more polar isomer.
