Reaction Steps
Following the general procedure of example 5, 3-[1-(ethylsulfonyl)-4-piperidinyl]-5-(3-formylphenyl)-1H-indole-7-carboxamide (45 mg, 0.101 mmol), cyclopentylamine (90 uL, 0.090 mmol) and NaBH(OAc)3 (197 mg, 0.93 mmol) were reacted to give the title compound (33.0 mg, 64%).
