(R)-2-[2′-(3-Benzyl-1-ethyl-ureidomethyl)-5,4′-bis-trifluoromethyl-biphenyl-3-yl]-N—((R)-1-methyl-2-phenyl-ethyl)-propionamide (0.08 g, 0.12 mmol) was treated with 5N aqueous H2SO4 in 1,4-dioxane at 100° C. for 24 hours. The mixture was purified by preparative HPLC to give the title compound.
