2-{2′-[(Benzyloxycarbonyl-ethyl-amino)-methyl]-6-methoxy-4′-trifluoromethyl-biphenyl-3-yl}-propionic acid (0.058 g, 0.11 mmol) in EtOH (3 mL) was treated with sulfuric acid (2 drops) at 70° C. for 1.5 hours to give the title compound.
