Prepared according to the procedure described in Example 1, Step 4, using the following starting materials: 3-benzyl-1-ethyl-1-[2-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-[1,3,2]dioxaborolan-2-yl)-5-trifluoromethyl-benzyl]-urea and (4R,5S)-3-[(S)-2-(3-bromo-5-chloro-phenyl)-propionyl]-4-methyl-5-phenyl-oxazolidin-2-one; under the coupling conditions, the oxazolidinone was hydrolyzed to the acid and the stereocenter racemized. M+H is 519.
