Reaction Steps
To a solution of 1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridin-5-ylamine (example c), 0.5 mmol) and 4-methyl-isophthalic acid 1-tert-butyl ester from example 1-1 (0.5 mmol) in THF (5 ml) were added TBTU (0.5 mmol), HOBT (0.5 mmol) and Hunig's base (0.6 mmol) and stirred at RT for overnight. Solvent was concentrated, residue was diluted with EtOAc ( ), washed with 1(N) NaOH. Organics was concentrated to get 2.8 g of the crude title product. LC-MS: (m/z 352)
