Reaction Steps
2.2 g (purity 82%, 5.0 mmol) of tert-butyl 2-[4-(5-chloro-2-cyanophenyl)-2-oxopyridin-1(2H)-yl]propanoate (racemate) were hydrolysed with TFA according to General Method 6A. Yield: 1.5 g (94% of theory)
