46 mg (0.12 mmol) of tert-butyl 2-[4-(5-chloro-2-cyanophenyl)-5-fluoro-2-oxopyridin-1(2H)-yl]propanoate (racemate) were hydrolysed with TFA according to General Method 6A. Yield: 54 mg (purity 90%, quant.)
