The title compound was prepared according to the procedure described for the preparation of compound “1” by using 4-[1-(2-azetidin-1-yl-ethyl)-2-piperidin-4-yl-1H-imidazol-4-yl]-2-isopropyl-pyridine and 6-chloro-5-isopropyl-pyrimidin-4-ylamine as the starting materials. LC-MS (M+H=490, obsd=490). 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 8.39 (t, J=3.9 Hz, 1H), 8.03 (t, J=2.1 Hz, 1H), 7.80 (d, J=2.9 Hz, 1H), 7.54 (s, 1H), 7.52-7.42 (m, 1H), 6.10 (s, 2H), 3.92 (d, J=6.4 Hz, 2H), 3.37 (s, 1H), 3.18-3.06 (m, 4H), 3.02 (q, J=7.5 Hz, 1H), 2.90 (t, J=11.7 Hz, 3H), 2.72 (d, J=6.5 Hz, 2H), 2.01-1.81 (m, 5H), 1.36-1.17 (m, 11H).
