The title compound was prepared according to the procedure described for the preparation of compound “1” by using 4-[1-(2-azetidin-1-yl-ethyl)-2-piperidin-4-yl-1H-imidazol-4-yl]-2-isopropyl-pyridine and 6-chloro-5-cyclopropyl-pyrimidin-4-ylamine as the starting materials. LC-MS (M+H=487, obsd=487). 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 8.38 (d, J=5.2 Hz, 1H), 7.92 (s, 1H), 7.81 (s, 1H), 7.52 (s, 1H), 7.46 (d, J=5.2 Hz, 1H), 6.17 (s, 2H), 4.19 (d, J=12.9 Hz, 2H), 3.92 (t, J=6.1 Hz, 2H), 3.12 (t, J=6.7 Hz, 4H), 3.05-2.88 (m, 4H), 2.72 (t, J=6.1 Hz, 2H), 1.98-1.82 (m, 6H), 1.50 (p, J=6.7 Hz, 1H), 1.25 (dd, J=6.9, 1.3 Hz, 6H), 1.02 (d, J=8.1 Hz, 2H), 0.43 (d, J=5.2 Hz, 2H).
