Prepared from 5-(4-Methyl-5-trifluoromethyl-isoxazol-3-yl)-thiophene-2-carboxylic acid and 1-methyl-[1,4]diazepane by the method described in Example 41. Yellow colored solid (49 mg, 37%). 1H NMR (CDCl3) 1.97-2.05 (m, 2H), 2.36 (d, J=1.4, 3H), 2.40 (s, 3H), 2.62 (br s, 2H), 2.74 (br s, 2H), 3.80 (br s, 2H), 7.37 (br s, 1H), 7.45 (d, J=3.8, 1H). 19F NMR −63.1. LC/MS 4.43 min, [M+1]+ 374.
