Prepared from 5-(5-Trifluoromethyl-4-methyl-isoxazol-3-yl)-thiophene-2-carboxylic acid and (3S,4R)-3,4-Piperidinediol (CAS [868051-84-7]) in the same manner as the (3R,4S) isomer (Example 87) to afford product as a colorless solid (303 mg, 81%). LC/MS 5.43 min, [M+1]+ 377.
