To a solution of compound step E product, 3-g, (1.1 g, 3.2 mmol) in DCM was added slowly Dess-Martin reagent (1.6 g, 3.84 mmol) and stirred at room temperature for 20 min. The reaction mixture was concentrated and purified by column chromatography to afford the product, 3-h (1.0 g, 90%). LC-MS (M+H+H2O)+ 352.1.
