The compound was synthesized starting from methyl 2-isothiocyanato-4,5-dimethylthiophene-3-carboxylate (0.1 g, 0.44 mmol) and 3-(5-methyl-1H-imidazol-1-yl)propan-1-amine (5) (0.06 g, 0.44 mmol) as described above.
