Reaction Steps
To a suspension of compound 138 (50 mg, 0.09 mmol) in CH3OH (5.0 mL) was added NaOMe (100 μL, 25% solution in CH3OH) at room temperature. After 1 h, the resulting mixture was concentrated in vacuo. The crude was purified by preparative HPLC (reverse phase) to provide the title compound (29 mg, 74%) as a white solid.
