Reaction Steps

TBAF (1.0 M in THF, 2.45 mL, 2.45 mmol) was added to a solution of trans-tert-butyl-3-({[tert-butyl(dimethyl)silyl]oxy}methyl)-4-(methoxymethyl)pyrrolidine-1-carboxylate (290 mg, 0.81 mmol) in THF (5 mL). The mixture was stirred at rt for 1 hr. The mixture was quenched with water and extracted with EtOAc. The organic layer was dried over MgSO4 and concentrated. The crude product was used without purification in subsequent steps.
