{5-[(3-chloropyrazin-2-yl)(hydroxyimino)methyl]-2-[(2R,6S)-2,6-dimethylmorpholin-4-yl]-3,4-difluorophenyl}methanol (Intermediate 198, 106 mg, 0.26 mmol) in MeCN (4 mL) was treated with K2CO3 (53.2 mg, 0.39 mmol) at 120° C. for 1 hr. The mixture was diluted with EtOAc and washed with water and brine. The EtOAc solution was dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate, filtered and concentrated to afford 90 mg of product.
