Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared according to the procedure of Example 8 using N′-hydroxynicotinimidamide (Aldrich) and 3,4-difluorobenzoic acid (Aldrich). 1H NMR (300 MHz, CD3OD) δ 7.52-7.67 (m, 2H), 8.12 (ddd, J=8.7, 4.3, 1.5 Hz, 1H), 8.19 (ddd, J=10.8, 7.5, 2.0 Hz, 1H), 8.55 (dt, J=8.1, 1.9 Hz, 1H), 8.74 (dd, J=5.1, 1.7 Hz, 1H), 9.29 (dd, J=2.0, 0.7 Hz, 1H) ppm; MS (DCI/NH3) m/z 260 (M+H)+.
