Reaction Steps
The titled compound was prepared according to the procedure of Method D using the product of Example 83D and nicotinoyl chloride hydrochloride (Aldrich). 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 7.75 (ddd, J=8.0, 4.9, 0.7 Hz, 1H), 8.32 (dd, J=5.3, 2.2 Hz, 1H), 8.61 (dt, J=8.2, 1.8 Hz, 1H), 8.93 (dd, J=5.1, 1.7 Hz, 1H), 9.39 (dd, J=2.2, 0.8 Hz, 1H), 9.55 (dd, J=5.4, 1.4 Hz, 1H), 9.85 (dd, J=2.2, 1.2 Hz, 1H) ppm; MS (DCI/NH3) m/z 226 (M+H)+.
