Reaction Steps
The titled compound was prepared according to the procedure of Method D using the product of Example 83D and 3-cyanobenzoyl chloride (Aldrich). 1H NMR (300 MHz, CD3OD) δ 7.86 (t, J=7.9 Hz, 1H), 8.09 (ddd, J=8.1, 1.4, 1.2 Hz, 1H), 8.40 (dd, J=5.4, 2.2 Hz, 1H), 8.55 (dt, J=7.9, 1.6 Hz, 1H), 8.64 (t, J=2.0 Hz, 1H), 9.46 (dd, J=5.4, 1.4 Hz, 1H), 9.88 (dd, J=2.2, 1.4 Hz, 1H) ppm; MS (DCI/NH3) m/z=250 (M+H)+.
