To a stirred solution of 6-(hydroxymethyl)-4-({3-[(4-methoxybenzoyl)amino]benzyl}amino)quinazoline-8-carboxamide (12.40 mg; 0.03 mmol; 1.00 eq.) in 1,2-dimethoxyethane (1.00 ml) added methanesulfonyl chloride (0.00 ml; 0.04 mmol; 1.50 eq.) (1.0M solution) at 0° C., stirred for 30 min, then added methyl amine (0.07 ml; 2.00 M; 0.14 mmol; 5.00 eq.) and the reaction mixture was stirred at RT overnight. Purified by HPLC to collect the desired product. MS (M+1) 471.
