The title compound was prepared in a manner similar to Example 188 using ethyl 2-(4-cyano-2-methoxyphenyl)-3-(dimethylamino)acrylate and 6-hydrazinyl-N-((tetrahydro-2H-pyran-4-yl)methyl)nicotinamide to afford the title compound. 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm 1.09 (t, J=7.1 Hz, 11 H) 1.22 (d, J=9.6 Hz, 3 H) 1.62 (d, J=12.1 Hz, 2 H) 3.19 (dd, J=11.6, 5.6 Hz, 4 H) 3.86 (d, J=9.6 Hz, 2 H) 3.97 (s, 3 H) 7.38-7.57 (m, 2 H) 8.43 (br. s., 2H) 8.72 (br. s., 1 H) 8.92 (s, 1 H). MS m/z [M+H]+ 434.4.
