Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared in a manner similar to Example 188 using ethyl 2-(4-cyano-2-methoxyphenyl)-3-(dimethylamino)acrylate and N-benzyl-6-hydrazinylnicotinamide. 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm 3.97 (s, 3 H) 4.53 (d, J=5.6 Hz, 2 H) 7.27 (d, J=3.8 Hz, 1 H) 7.36 (d, J=4.0 Hz, 5 H) 7.42-7.59 (m, 2 H) 8.47 (d, J=6.6 Hz, 1 H) 8.98 (s, 1 H) 9.28 (br. s., 1 H). MS m/z [M+H]+ 426.4.
