Reaction Steps

The title compound was prepared in a manner similar to Example 227 using 6-(4-(4-cyano-2-methylphenyl)-5-hydroxy-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)nicotinic acid and 4-methoxypiperidine hydrochloride. 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 1.14-1.32 (m, 3 H) 1.63-1.93 (m, 5 H) 1.96-2.10 (m, 2 H) 2.44 (s, 3 H) 3.22 (t, J=6.3 Hz, 2 H) 7.67 (d, J=7.6 Hz, 1 H) 7.74 (s, 1 H) 7.81 (br. s., 1 H) 8.25 (br. s., 1 H) 8.43 (br. s., 1 H) 8.57 (br. s., 1 H) 8.78 (br. s., 1 H) 8.91-8.94 (m, 1 H) 13.25 (br. s., 1 H). MS m/z [M+H]+ 418.4.
