4-Phenyl-1-(indoline-5-sulfonyl)-4,5-dihydro-2-imidazolone (0.25g, 0.73 mmol) prepared in Preparation 5 was dissolved in 10 m of toluene and then ethylisocyanate (0.1 m, 1.09 mmol) was added thereto. The reaction mixture was stirred at 50-60° C. for 18 hours. After the solvent was evaporated, the residue was dissolved in 50 m of dichloromethane, washed twice with water, dried over anhydrous magnesium sulfate, and then concentrated under reduced pressure. The crude product thus obtained was purified by silica gel column chromatography (eluent: dichloromethane/methanol=15/1, v/v) to afford 0.22 g of the title compound.
