Reaction Steps
Amine 15-5 (40 mg, 0.095 mmol), PCA.HCl (15 mg, 0.10 mmol), and DIPEA (35 mL, 0.20 mmol) were combined in 1 mL DMF and heated at 50° for 16 h. Concentration, and flash chromatography (silica, 20:1:1 EtOH/NH4OH/H2O) provided 15-6 as a white solid.
