The title compound was prepared from 3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-2-methyl-2-m-tolyloxy-propionic acid ethyl ester and toluene-4-sulfonic acid 2-(2-cyclohexyl-5-methyloxazol-4-yl)-ethyl ester using the procedure of Example 60. 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) δ 7.17 (d, 2H, J=8.60 Hz), 7.13 (t, 1H, J=7.82 Hz), 6.85 (d, 1H, J=7.43 Hz), 6.78 (d, 2H, J=8.60 Hz), 6.69-6.68 (m, 2H), 4.16 (t, 2H, J=5.86 Hz), 3.20 (d, 1H, J=14.08 Hz), 3.14 (d, 1H, J=14.08 Hz), 3.09-2.96 (m, 3H), 2.33 (s, 3H), 2.30 (s, 3H), 2.06-2.02 (m, 2H), 1.83-1.80 (m, 2H), 1.73-1.70 (m, 1H), 1.59-1.56 (m, 2H), 1.41 (s, 3H), 1.38-1.26 (m, 3H); HRMS (ES+) m/z exact mass calcd for C29H36NO5 478.2593, found 478.2592.
