Triethylamine (110 μL, 0.79 mmol) and (3R)—N-isopropylpyrrolidine-3-carboxamide (120 mg, 0.74 mmol) were added to a solution of (4S)-2-chloro-7-(3,5-dimethylisoxazol-4-yl)-4-pyridin-2-yl-4,5-dihydroimidazo[1,5,4-de][1,4]benzoxazine (66.0 mg, 0.18 mmol) in N-methylpyrrolidinone (1.5 mL), and the resulting mixture was heated in a microwave at 120° C. for 5 min. The mixture was diluted with methanol and purified twice by preparative LCMS using pH 10 buffer to give the title compound, (8.9 mg, 10%). LCMS calc. for C27H31N6O3 (M+H)+: m/z=487.2. found: 487.3. 1H NMR (500 MHz, DMSO) δ 8.54 (dd, J=4.8, 0.8 Hz, 1H), 7.79 (d, J=7.6 Hz, 1H), 7.72 (td, J=7.7, 1.8 Hz, 1H), 7.29 (dd, J=6.8, 4.9 Hz, 1H), 6.95 (d, J=8.1 Hz, 1H), 6.80 (d, J=8.1 Hz, 1H), 6.60 (d, J=7.9 Hz, 1H), 6.09 (t, 1H), 4.82 (dd, J=11.4, 1.3 Hz, 1H), 4.53 (dd, J=11.5, 2.8 Hz, 1H), 3.85-3.71 (m, 3H), 3.43 (dd, J=9.6, 7.6 Hz, 1H), 3.39-3.32 (m, 1H), 2.90 (p, J=7.8 Hz, 1H), 2.19 (s, 3H), 2.02 (s, 3H), 2.00-1.89 (m, 2H), 1.01 (dd, J=10.1, 6.6 Hz, 6H).
