7-(3,5-Dimethylisoxazol-4-yl)-4-pyridin-2-yl-4,5-dihydroimidazo[1,5,4-de][1,4]benzoxazin-2(1H)-one (50 mg, 0.1 mmol) from Example 13 was stirred in 1,4-dioxane (2 mL) and 2,4-bis(4-methoxyphenyl)-2,4-dithioxo-1,3,2,4-dithiadiphosphetane [Aldrich #: 227439](58 mg, 0.14 mmol) was added. The mixture was heated to 100° C. for 3 h and concentrated. Purification by preparative LCMS (pH 10) afforded the title compound. LCMS calc. for C19H17N4O2S (M+H)+: m/z=365.1. found: 365.1.
