Reaction Steps
The product was prepared according to General Procedure 3, described in Example 22, starting from 5-bromo-N-[3-(1H-tetrazol-5-yl)phenyl]thiophene-2-sulfonamide (Intermediate 17) (19 mg, 0.05 mmol) and 4-chlorophenylboronic acid (9 mg, 0.06 mmol) giving 4.4 mg (21%) of the title compound. MS (ESI+) calcd for C17H12ClN5O2S2 417.012094, found 417.013904.
