Reaction Steps
The product was prepared according to General Procedure 1, described in Example 1, starting from 5-bromo-3-methylbenzothiophene-2-sulfonyl chloride (Intermediate 10) (510 mg, 1.57 mmol) and [3-(1H-tetrazol-5-yl)phenyl]amine (230 mg, 1.4 mmol) giving 300 mg (27%) of the title compound. MS (ESI+) calcd for C16H12BrN5O2S2 448.961579, found 448.961839.
