Reaction Steps

The product was prepared according to General Procedure 1, described in Example 1, starting from 3-methylbenzothiophene-2-sulfonyl chloride (Intermediate 11) (25 mg, 0.10 mmol) and 5-(3-amino-phenyl)tetrazole (33 mg, 0.20 mmol). The title compound was obtained in 34% yield (13.3 mg). MS (ESI+) calcd for C16H13N5O2S2 371.051066, found 371.049276.
