Following a procedure analogous to the procedure described in Example 1 using N-{5-[5-(2-chloro-4-pyrimidinyl)-2-(1-methylethyl)-1,3-thiazol-4-yl]-2-fluorophenyl}-2,6-difluorobenzenesulfonamide (60 mg, 0.11 mmol) and 1-cyclopropylmethanamine (0.1 mL, approx. 1.4 mmol) the title compound was obtained as an off-white solid (25 mg, 39% yield). 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm 10.90 (s, 1H), 8.05 (d, J=5.1 Hz, 1H), 7.59-7.79 (m, 1H), 7.33-7.44 (m, 3H), 7.20-7.29 (m, 3H), 6.15 (br. s., 1H), 3.00-3.15 (m, 2H), 2.42-2.45 (m, 1H), 1.34 (d, J=7.0 Hz, 6H), 0.94-1.06 (m, 1H), 0.34-0.42 (m, 2H), 0.16-0.22 (m, 2H). MS (ESI): 560.1 [M+H]+.
