Following a procedure analogous to the procedure described in Example 25 using N-{3-[5-(2-chloro-4-pyrimidinyl)-2-(1,1-dimethylethyl)-1,3-thiazol-4-yl]-2,4-difluorophenyl}-3-fluorobenzenesulfonamide (100 mg, 0.186 mmol) and dimethylzinc (0.186 mL, 0.371 mmol), the title compound was obtained as an off white solid (90 mg, 94% yield). MS (ESI): 519.1 [M+H]+.
