Reaction Steps
To the Mesyl compound 18 (250 mg, 0.59 mmol) in DMF, NaN3 (78 mg, 1.20 mmol) is added and stirred at 60° C. for 2 h. Water (5 mL) is then added and extracted with DCM (2×5 mL), dried and concentrated. The crude (220 mg) is used for further steps without purification.
