Reaction Steps
To the Mesyl compound 18a (320 mg, 0.74 mmol) in DMF, NaN3 (63 mg, 0.97 mmol) is added and stirred at 60° C. for 2 h. Water (5 mL) is added and extracted with DCM (2×5 mL), dried and concentrated. The crude (300 mg) is used for further steps without purification.
