A suspension of Intermediate 5 (80 mg, 0.407 mmol) and 4-aminophenylsulfur pentafluoride (MANCHESTER, 89 mg, 0.407 mmol) in ethanol (5 mL) was heated at 50° C. for 1 h, starting material dissolving during the process. The reaction mixture was concentrated under vacuum, redissolved in DCM (20 mL) and washed with aq. Na2CO3 (2×15 mL). The organic layer was dried over anhydrous Na2SO4, filtered and concentrated under vacuum to afford the title compound as a white solid.
