To a suspension of Intermediate 20 (0.04 g, 0.192 mmol) in ethanol (2.5 mL), 4-aminophenylsulfur pentafluoride (MANCHESTER, 0.042 g, 0.192 mmol) was added and the mixture was stirred under reflux overnight. Solvent was removed in vacuo and the crude mixture was purified by preparative HPLC (SunFire 19×150 mm, H2O 0.1% TFA-ACN 0.1% TFA gradient from 10 to 100%) to yield the title compound as a beige solid.
