A mixture of 101m (135 mg, 0.21 mmol) and NaBH4 (20 mg, 0.5 mmol) in MeOH (5 mL) was stirred at 0° C. for 0.5 h. The mixture was quenched with water and the residue was extracted with EtOAc (5 mL×2). The combined EtOAc extract was concentrated under reduced pressure and the residue was purified with reverse-phase prep-HPLC to afford 101 (55 mg, 40%). LCMS: [M+H]+ 637. 1H NMR (500 MHz, DMSO) δ 8.58 (s, 1H), 8.55 (s, 1H), 8.49 (s, 1H), 8.41 (s, 1H), 7.86 (d, J=3.0, 1H), 7.38-7.37 (m, 2H), 7.25-7.23 (m, 1H), 6.54 (s, 1H), 5.16 (t, J=3.0, 1H), 4.56-4.40 (m, 6H), 4.19-4.12 (m, 3H), 3.95 (t, J=3.0, 1H), 3.60 (s, 3H), 3.43-3.41 (m, 1H), 3.06 (s, 4H), 2.57-2.61 (m, 2H), 2.45-2.48 (m, 6H), 1.78-1.80 (m, 2H), 1.69-1.70 (m, 2H)
