To a suspension of 126b (76 mg, 0.12 mmol) at 0° C. in methanol (4 mL) was added sodium borohydride (20 mg, 0.7 mmol) and the mixture was stirred for 30 minutes. Then the reaction mixture was quenched with water (1.0 mL) and concentrated. The residue was purified by reverse-phase prep-HPLC to afford 126 (28 mg, 37%). LCMS: [M+H]+ 635. 1H NMR (500 MHz, DMSO) δ 8.61 (d, J=2.5, 1H), 8.59 (s, 1H), 8.50 (s, 1H), 8.43 (s, 1H), 7.86 (d, J=3.0, 1H), 7.38-7.36 (m, 2H), 7.27-7.22 (m, 2H), 6.82-6.78 (m, 2H), 5.18-5.11 (m, 1H), 4.55 (t, J=6.0, 2H), 4.45 (t, J=6.0, 2H), 4.41-4.29 (m, 2H), 3.60 (s, 3H), 3.44-3.42 (m, 1H), 3.06 (t, J=4.5, 4H), 2.75-2.73 (m, 2H), 2.62-2.60 (m, 2H), 2.38 (t, J=4.5, 4H), 1.86-1.75 (m, 4H).
