PROCEDURE

实验过程

To a solution of 150a (170 mg, 0.30 mmol) in methanol (10 mL) was added sodium borohydride (68 mg, 1.8 mmol) at 0° C. The mixture was stirred at room temperature for 30 minutes. Then the reaction mixture was quenched with water (2 mL) and concentrated. The residue was purified with reverse-phase prep-HPLC to afford 150 (42 mg, 25%) as a pale yellow solid. MS-ESI: [M+H]+ 569. 1H NMR (500 MHz, CDCl3) δ 8.63 (s, 1H), 8.48 (s, 1H), 7.95 (d, J=2.0 Hz, 1H), 7.40 (s, 1H), 7.32 (d, J=2.5 Hz, 1H), 6.82 (s, 1H), 5.67 (s, 1H), 4.63-4.55 (m, 2H), 4.37-4.35 (m 1H), 4.22-4.18 (m, 3H), 4.05-3.97 (m, 3H), 3.69 (s, 3H), 3.59-3.57 (m, 2H), 2.86 (t, J=6.0 Hz, 2H), 2.56 (s, 2H), 2.50 (s, 2H), 2.46 (s, 3H), 1.26 (s, 6H).
