PROCEDURE

实验过程

To a suspension of 168b (200 mg, 0.36 mmol) at 0° C. in methanol (10 mL) was added sodium borohydride (42 mg, 1.1 mmol). The reaction mixture was stirred for 30 minutes and quenched with water (2 mL). It was then concentrated under reduced pressure and the residue was purified by reverse-phase prep-HPLC to afford 168 (53 mg, 21%) as a yellow solid. MS-ESI: [M+H]+ 556.6. 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) δ 8.46 (d, J=5.2 Hz, 1H), 7.97 (d, J=2.4 Hz, 1H), 7.71 (d, J=2.0 Hz, 1H), 7.45 (s, 1H), 7.33 (d, J=5.2 Hz, 1H), 6.83 (s, 1H), 5.71 (s, 1H), 5.04-5.01 (m, 1H), 4.78 (s, 2H), 4.64-4.62 (m, 1H), 4.49 (d, J=2.8 Hz, 1H), 4.32-4.28 (m, 1H), 4.14 (d, J=4.4 Hz, 2H), 4.09-4.08 (m, 4H), 3.87-3.83 (m, 1H), 3.70 (s, 3H), 2.56 (d, J=2.8 Hz, 2H), 2.50 (s, 2H), 1.26 (s, 6H).
