To a solution of 213c (120 mg, 0.23 mmol) at 0° C. in methanol (10 mL) was added sodium borohydride (26 mg, 0.69 mmol). The reaction mixture was stirred for 20 minutes and quenched with water (10 mL). It was then extracted with dichloromethane (3×20 mL) and the combined organic layer was concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by reverse-phase prep-HPLC to afford 213 (62 mg, 44%) as a white solid. MS-ESI: [M+H]+ 530.3. 1H NMR (500 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 9.11 (s, 1H), 8.93 (d, J=2.5 Hz, 1H), 8.50 (d, J=5.0 Hz, 1H), 8.21 (d, J=6.0 Hz, 1H), 7.69 (d, J=2.5 Hz, 1H), 7.37 (d, J=5.0 Hz, 1H), 7.13 (d, J=5.5 Hz, 1H), 4.96 (t, J=5.5 Hz, 1H), 4.57-4.45 (m, 2H), 4.23-4.18 (m, 2H), 4.08-4.05 (m, 1H), 3.90-3.87 (m, 1H), 3.62 (s, 3H), 2.64-2.56 (m, 2H), 2.45 (s, 3H), 2.43-2.42 (m, 2H), 1.78-1.76 (m, 2H), 1.72-1.66 (m, 2H).
